Your lovely H&M addict is back! En ik denk dat jullie stiekem deze artikels toch een beetje hebben gemist 😉

Een nieuwe H&M nieuwsbrief en Natasa vliegt er als een malle op. Want ik heb het online windowshopping enorm gemist. Ik geraak er enorm relaxed van, huil omdat ik niet zo rijk ben om alles te kopen (#greedybitch) en stel de leukste combinaties samen die ik zelf meteen zou aantrekken.
En deze keuze sprak mij enorm aan. “Lovely in lace” is samengesteld op basis van de 70’s look. Rustgevende kleuren. zachte stoffen en leuke details zoals kant en franjes. Who doesn’t love that?! Ik snuffelde een beetje door deze artikelen en ging meteen in herfst modus, maar dan een zachte herfst waar het zonnetje er nog wat doorkomt en je door een park wandelt dat helemaal vol ligt met afgevallen bladeren. #fantasyontop

Review – H&M x Balmain.

Hello everyone!

It’s been a while, but your lovely H&M addict is back! And I’m completely excited about this article.

Like every year, H&M invited a designer to make a collection for H&M. And this year it’s one of my favorite designers: Balmain. And I am beyond excited. Words can’t describe how I felt when H&M published that they were collaborating with Balmain for this year’s designer collection.

Olivier Rousteing, Creative director at Balmain, created an amazing collection for H&M that’s so wearable. To be honest: it’s been a while since H&M picked a designer that created a collection like this. I browsed the entire collection (there’s a male and female part) and I came to the conclusion that I would buy half of the collection (if I had won the lottery a few days ago). But, I’m not a millionaire and unfortunately, I don’t live in a country where there’s a H&M store (by the way H&M, I live in Montenegro and I adore you guys, so please open one here!) so I could only browse the entire collection and dream about what would I buy. The collection is available since yesterday (5th of November) but most of the items are sold out. And yes, it was a difficult day for me yesterday so I went out of the house because otherwise I would totally go cray-cray over the fact that I wasn’t able to shop anything from this collection ..

You all know I like to share my favorite items and this time it isn’t different. So get a glass of champagne (Yes, I’m in that kind of mood), relax and enjoy this magnificent collection!

MTV VMA 2015 – Best and worst dressed by Natasa.

Hello everyone!

We’re back with a new “Best and worst dressed by Natasa.”! God, it seems like ages ago that I wrote a post on this theme. The last one is dated in February (!), when I wrote one about the Oscars.

As the title shows, today I’m talking about the MTV VMA (Video Music Awards), who took place the 31st of August. Since I watch a lot of MTV since I’ve moved to Montenegro, I was really looking forward to this show. And when I saw who was hosting .. Yes, count me in!
I’ve watched the recap on MTV this week and it was an amazing show. I was really curious how Miley Cyrus would do the hosting part and she did it, well .. In her own way 🙂

Of course, I watched the pictures from the red carpet and selected my WOW’s and NOOOO’s from this years MTV VMA’s. So grab some popcorn and enjoy the show!

Selena Gomez .. WOW! I’m really a fan of her style and music so it was obvious she was getting my support on this one. She wore a maxi Calvin Klein dress and she looked absolutely stunning! Simple black with a touch of glitter, what do you need more?

Amber Rose and Blac Chyna .. NO! What were they thinking?! This is just a scream for some attention .. And she got it, but surely not positive. It’s ugly, stupid and pathetic.

Taylor Swift .. WOW! She’s definitely a style icon to me and I love listening to her music. She wore an ensemble from Ashish and she looked AMAZING! Tay tay, you go girl!

Z LaLa .. NO! First of all: Who is she? And second: The f*ck she’s wearin’?! This dress (or whatever it is) was designed by John Galliano for Christian Dior. I just don’t have anymore words to say about this “creation”. God forbid me.

Chrissy Teigen and John Legend .. WOW! I’m a huge fan of this couple, they look so cute together and their pics on Instagram makes you melt away #couplegoals She looks stunning in a Marchesa gown and he looks jummy in Dior Homme. Keep up the good work!

Ciara .. NO! I’m just not feeling it. She wore an Alexandre Vauthier ensemble. I know fringe is totally in right now, but this is a little bit too much for me. Next time better!

Kylie Jenner .. WOW! Even if she’s only 18 years, she absolutely had an amazing sense of style. She wore a Balmain mini dress and I think she rocked it! Keep up the good work lady!

And last but not least: Miley Cyrus .. A big, fat NOOO! She did an amazing job as a host, but her styling throughout the whole show was terrible. At the red carpet, she wore this thing (I don’t know how to describe this) created by Versace. If you ask me, she could’ve ditched this and just come naked. We all know Miley had a special style and I’m not really a fan of it.

And we’re done! Hope you all enjoyed this one 🙂 This was another “Best and worst dressed by Natasa.” and hopefully we’ll see each other soon for another report!

Hello everyone!

A new H&M tinted article because yes, I love them!

A while ago (alright, I’ll admit: a long while) a very interesting newsletter from H&M dropped in my inbox. A fotoshoot with Sincerely Jules in H&M clothes. There’s only one word for that: Heaven.

If you are a little bit into blogging and fashion, you all know who Sincerely Jules is. And if don’t: SHAME ON YOU! Because I’m such a good girl, I’ll give you a quick update. In 2009, Julie Sarinana started her own space on the internet called “Sincerely Jules”. Since then, she became a pioneer in the blog community and every fashion addict follows her on social media. She has an amazing blog, amazing style and an amazing personality.

As a true fashionista and blogger, I jumped up and down when I saw this newsletter and immediately clicked the link. And I wasn’t disappointed at all! She made some amazing combo’s and you just saw that she has an amazing sense for style (but I already knew that, no surprise). I scrolled through it and saw some amazing pieces that I really reaaaally like (and of course I want them!)

Paris Couture Week – Maison Schiaparelli.

Hello everyone!

A while ago, I started to report about my favorite runway shows from Paris Couture Week, who took place from the 5th of July until the 10th of July. But, summer got me so I’ve been a little bit MIA lately and behind my schedule. So the only thing I can say is: Sorry guys! But, I’m sure you all understand me 😉

I’ve already reported about two fashion shows: Atelier Versace and Dior Couture. Today’s turn is on Maison Schiaparelli. This is the last article about Paris Couture Week.

To be honest: I never heard of this designer. So of course, I looked up some info about them. Maison Schiaparelli exists since 1927 and was established by Elsa Schiaparelli. In 2012, they reopened the Couture House on Place Vendôme, in the same place where Elsa left it. Farida Khelfa was named ambassador of this house. On their website, they have a magnificent timeline with more information and a lot of illustrations that show you the evolution of this designer. It’s surely worth your time, so click here to watch and read.

When I saw the runway pictures for the first time, I felt like I was thrown back into the 50’s. The models, the colors, the prints .. It just all felt old but with a modern touch. I immediately fell in love with it. The runway itself looked very tight and the grey wall behind helped to accentuate the colors used for this collection. This collection makes me feel like I’m going to a fancy ball in a nice hotel in Paris.

And as you’re used to, I’m sharing with you my favorite pieces from this collection. So get ready for our fancy ball!

Paris Couture Week – Dior Couture.

Hello everyone!

A new day, a new post about Paris Couture Week!

As I told you in the previous post about Paris Couture Week, I will be reporting the next few days about my favorite runway shows. I’ve already talked about Atelier Versace and today I will be posting about Dior Couture.

Raf Simons, the artistic director of Christian Dior, based this year’s Fall 2015 collection on the Old masters of Flemish painting and to the artisanal masters of haute couture. The result of it is a wonderful collection that collides historical forms and fashion like it’s today. The feeling that Raf Simons wanted to create was a feeling of luxury, simplicity, decadence, innocence and beauty. And I think he managed to get that feeling.

When I watched the runway photo’s, I was completely stunned by this collection. First of all: The runway looked absolutely gorgeous. They created a wonderful flower garden to showcase the beauty of this collection. And second: the collection itself. I felt like I was dropped into a magical garden, I only waited until stars popped up into the sky. I was .. Bewitched.

Paris Couture Week – Atelier Versace.

Hello everyone!

It’s been a while ago, but I managed to catch up a new fashion week!

The last one I’ve managed to follow was London Fashion Week in February (!) this year, so it was about time to write some new content on another fashion week.

Begin this month, from the 5th of July until the 10th of July, Paris Couture Week knocked on our fashion doors and made a wonderful entrance. With names such as Valentino, Aterlier Versace, Maison Margiela, Fendi etc. we had the most fabulous haute couture pieces coming our way. And as a fashion addict, I was thrilled with this little happening.

The next few days I will be posting about my favorite collections from this year’s fashion week. And the first one is Atelier Versace.

Versace is a fashion brand we’re all familiar with it. Gianni and Donatella Versace, brother and sister. Gianni Versace, the man behind this brand and his sister Donatella, who took the lead over this brand after Gianni dies in 1997 are well known in the fashion industry.

For this years Fall 2015 couture collection, Donatella Versace took us on a trip back down memory lane, to be specific: down the hippie lane. The pieces in this collection are all inspired by the hippie period, with flower crowns, gorgeous gowns and loose fabric.

The reason I chose this collection was because it gave me an instant summer feeling. When I looked at this pictures, I felt like I landed into a flower field, with the sun shining on me with a little summer breeze on the back.
And to give you this exact feeling, just watch at some of my favorite pieces from this collection. Relax and enjoy!

This are just some of the pieces that I liked from this collection because to be honest: I liked every piece of it. And that doesn’t happen quiet often ..

Chillen op het strand met H&M.

Hello everyone!

Oké, oké. Jullie worden mij nu ECHT WEL BEU veronderstel ik. Maar, vergeef me, mijn lieve lezer. Vergeef me. Ik ben er mij alsmaar meer van bewust dat ik echt verslaafd ben aan H&M.
AND I LIKE IT!
Voila, dat is er dan ook weeral uit. Nu ik de nodige portie “schuldgevoel” *ahum* eruit heb gegooid, kunnen we weer aan de bak voor vandaag.

Het mooie weer begint eindelijk een beetje tevoorschijn te komen. Oké, nog niet elke dag maar hey: it is what it is en we zullen het daar maar mee moeten doen. Een tijdje terug kreeg ik mijn alombekende en de hemel in geprezen nieuwsbrief van H&M in mijn mailbox gedropt en of course moest Natasa even een kijkje nemen ..

H&M heeft op zijn website een nieuwe keuze aan kleding voor deze zomer met de toepasselijke titel “Aan zee”. En oh yes, de zee: geef me 5 minuutjes en ik waan me aan de zee in Montenegro.
Iedereen kent wel L.O.G.G. afdeling bij H&M. Meestal zijn het basic stuks tegen een heel schappelijke prijs en kwalitatief zeer hoog. Ze staan vooral bekend om hun hoodies, sweaters en comfy shirts, maar nu hebben ze speciaal voor de zomer enkele leuke stuks uitgekozen.

En ik zou Natasa niet zijn moest ik natuurlijk niet een beetje hebben rondgeneusd en enkele leuke stuks eruit heb gekozen om speciaal met jullie te delen. Dus zet jezelf in zomermodus en geniet!

Loose it up a little bit!

Hello everyone!

If we have to believe the calendar, Summer started a few days ago. And here in Belgium, we’re still going back and forth. One day, you’re wearing shorts and blouses and the other day jeans and a winter coat. Okay, maybe I’m exaggerating but that’s just how it feels.

In my mind, I’m already a few months in summermood. I’m buying shorts, blouses, sandals, accessories .. My nails are only seeing bright colors and so does my closet. But, I’m a woman and we never have enough clothes or accessories or shoes. Something a majority of men doesn’t understand (my husband is definitely one of them) ..

But we women always find a way to feed our need for new clothes (now I’m surely sounding like a 100% addict) and that’s where the magic world of window shopping starts. I’m a huge fan of it, that’s for sure!

A while ago, the newsletter from H&M dropped down in my mailbox. And yes, my heart skips a beat when I see that. #trueh&maddict And what catches my eye? H&M picked out new summer pieces that will automatically make you feel like you’re drinking a cocktail on a terrace of a fancy bar/cafe. So, make yourself a nice cocktail (or a smoothie, looks also very summer-ish) and enjoy my summer picks!
