Hello everyone!

If we have to believe the calendar, Summer started a few days ago. And here in Belgium, we’re still going back and forth. One day, you’re wearing shorts and blouses and the other day jeans and a winter coat. Okay, maybe I’m exaggerating but that’s just how it feels.

In my mind, I’m already a few months in summermood. I’m buying shorts, blouses, sandals, accessories .. My nails are only seeing bright colors and so does my closet. But, I’m a woman and we never have enough clothes or accessories or shoes. Something a majority of men doesn’t understand (my husband is definitely one of them) ..

But we women always find a way to feed our need for new clothes (now I’m surely sounding like a 100% addict) and that’s where the magic world of window shopping starts. I’m a huge fan of it, that’s for sure!

A while ago, the newsletter from H&M dropped down in my mailbox. And yes, my heart skips a beat when I see that. #trueh&maddict And what catches my eye? H&M picked out new summer pieces that will automatically make you feel like you’re drinking a cocktail on a terrace of a fancy bar/cafe. So, make yourself a nice cocktail (or a smoothie, looks also very summer-ish) and enjoy my summer picks!

A new post with of course: a summer vibe!

First of all: Sorry for my absence. But I had a lot on my plate these days, good and bad, so I just hadn’t the time or energy to work on my little treasure (a.k.a. my blog). But, I’m back now!

A few days ago, a new H&M newsletter landed in my mailbox. And when I see that, I immediately have to open and check it OF COURSE! 🙂
And as always, they never disappoint me ..

H&M putted some pieces together to create 6 ways how to pimp (oh yes, I just used this word) your summer style. Think: short shorts, stripes, flowers and so on. And I liked their choice immediately! They named it “6 ways to summer style”, which I found a perfect title for this choice.

And I wouldn’t be me if I didn’t share my favorite items of this style guide by H&M. So lay back, relax and enjoy this summer vibe!

Buy a whole summer outfit under €50.

A new budget friendly post because yes we like them!

Not everyone has money surplus to go wild while shopping. I’m surely one of them. I love to spoil myself sometime with some more expensive stuff (not like Dior or YSL but more River Island or Urban Outfitters) but most of the time I have to look after my budget. But that doesn’t mean you can’t look absolutely fabulous!

One of my favorite retailers for this kind of shopping is H&M. They have so much fancy clothes and most important of all: they aren’t expensive at all. And because summer is around the corner, it’s time to get some amazing new summer clothes! God, sun isn’t good for me, I always want to go out and shop a ton of nice clothes for the warm weather 🙂

So I thought it would be a nice idea to put some outfits together who aren’t expensive at all. My goal is to stay under €50 for a whole outfit, which I find very tricky. Sometimes a nice dress costs already €40, so sometimes you don’t have enough to buy a complete outfit. Am I going to succeed? Keep on reading!

A nice girly outfit for a shopping day or to go get a drink on a terrace. If it’s a little bit too bare, you can always wear a cardigan over the T-shirt, but that’s your choice.

Summer is around the corner and that means one thing: going to the beach! So a nice bikini couldn’t lack this post.

I achieved my goal, YES! All these outfits are under €50 and that’s what we like about H&M! They are simple, but yet effective. And you always have some nice accessories at home that you can use to update these outfits.
I hope I’ve got you all inspired and get some pieces from my picks 🙂

Another day,another post!

Today’s post is about the new Spring/Summer 2015 collection from H&M, H&M Studio. Today I’ve got their newsletter and it’s not a secret that newsletters are a huge inspiration source for me. I opened the link and surfed a little bit through the new collection and I like it. It’s very glamorous, but at the same time it looks very comfy and relaxed. A match made in heaven if you ask me.

I must say that the prices are a little bit high, but that’s maybe because it’s all new. But, you don’t have to buy the whole collection. You can buy one or two pieces and combine with pieces you already have.

Of course, this post wouldn’t be complete if I didn’t choose some of my favorite pieces from this collection. Enjoy and let Spring walk into your life! 🙂

Hello everyone!

En jawel hoor, we switchen even over naar het Nederlands! Gewoon om een beetje verandering in huis te brengen 😉

Een week geleden kreeg ik de Flair Nieuwsbrief weer binnen via mail. Zoals ik jullie al 1000 keer heb verteld: I love it. Ik haal er enorm veel nuttige tips uit, maar ook inspiratie voor mijn blog.

En ook deze keer kreeg ik weer een klein ideetje ..

Jumpsuits. Iedereen kent ze wel. Het eendelig kledingstuk waar menig vrouw voor valt. Waarom? Het is gemakkelijk om te dragen, je kan het voor eender welke gelegenheid dragen, het verbergt dat extra kilootje en je hebt ze in alle kleuren,maten en vormen.

Ik las hun artikel “Stijlinspiratie: celebs in jumpsuits” en ik kreeg spontaan weer de kriebels om er een te gaan kopen. Ik heb 3 stuks in mijn kledingkast hangen, maar sinds ik enkele kilo’s vermagerd ben, heb ik de drang om meer te kopen. Omdat ik nog niet op jacht ben gegaan naar hen (geef toe: de winter is nog bezig), dacht ik meteen aan: WINDOWSHOPPEN! Maar dan wel online 🙂

Dus ik heb er enkele uitgekozen: 2 van hen heb ik in het bezit, de andere 4 heb ik op het internet gevonden. Enjoy!

Mijn tip: wacht tot de zomer om er eentje te kopen, de keuzes zijn dan eindeloos. Maar ik heb jullie toch al in zomerstemming gebracht met deze post 🙂

Haute Couture Week – Chanel

A new day, a new post!

Today’s post is about the Haute Couture Week in Paris that took place from the 25th of January until 29th of January. This post will be about the Chanel Haute Couture show Spring/Summer 2015 that took place on the 27th of January.

The theme of this show was, obviously, a flower garden. It wasn’t so bombastic as other years, but I liked this the most.It was calm, romantic and a true eye-candy. When I watched the show online, I instantly felt like it is Summer. The decor gives you a feel good mood.

The models looked very romantic. Their make-up was calm with two important details: a veil over their eyes and red lips. In this collection, there is a pallet of colors: you start with very bombastic colors (blue,yellow,orange) to then make the transition to pastel colors and some black and grey.

Of course, I chose some of my favorite looks of this show. Enjoy!

Haute Couture Week – Elie Saab.

Zdravo svima!

I evo mene opet! Malo da promijenimo jezik, smatrala sam da je vrijeme bilo da opet malo predjemo na Srpski 🙂

Danasnji blog ce biti u temu “Haute Couture Week” koji je bio od 25-og januara do 29-og januara u Parizu. U ovaj post cu se kratko baviti sa revijom modnog kreatora Elie Saab.

U ovoj reviji je bila inspiracija njegov rodni kraj Libanon. Sve je bilo bajkovito i egzoticno. U ovoj reviji je bila pozadina jednostavna, ali je odlicno isticala kreacije: suma koja je po malo mracna, ali zbog kreacije zasijala je ta suma.

Make-up manekenkama je bila jednostavna, ali ipak su imali mracniji pogled: sivi smokey eyes i neutralne usne. Kreacije su bile, po mom misljenu, kao iz snova. Dok sam gledala reviju na internet-u, osecala sam se u neku bajku, kao da sanjam. I priznajem: potajno sam zeljela da imam takvu haljinu za svoje vjencanje 🙂 .. Pastelne boje su bile najprisutnije u ovoj reviji, sa dosta cipke i detalje od kristala, bisera i perja. Kreacije su bile, pored ovih detalja, dosta ukrasene i sa cvetnim vezom. To je davalo neki stariji kljuc kreacijama, al ne toliko da izgledaju kao da su tek izasle iz ormara svoje babe.

I ovaj put sam izabrala neke od modele koje su mi se najvise dopale. Uzivajte u bajku!
